Usually we don’t get too many EVO’s rolling into our shop but this one has a good history with us (btw, we don’t say to EVO’s). He came to us with a new set of wheels, and this isn’t the first time. We’ve done a ton of wheel fitments for this car.
Work wheels that are 18 x 10 +22! Perfect for an EVO X but for an EVO 9? Pretty hard core.
Look at the stretch on the 245/40/18 tire! Insane!
We first mounted the fronts because we wanted to gauge the clearance. We had to use a 5mm spacer but this is the clearance… probably 1mm – 2mm TOPS. Insane!
Here’s the front fitment. Pretty spot on!
The rear fitment was totally is crazy. Look at the stretch!!!
